Improvers drawing

30 April - 4 June

In this exciting new Tuesday course, we will explore mark-making, proportion, line, tone and colour– all the fundamentals of drawing!

We will develop our skills in portraiture, learning to depict faces from various angles and capture different facial expressions.

We will learn to draw animals, starting with beautiful foxes! We'll explore still life, as well as taking on some fun new challenges – perspective drawing and the human figure.

About me

Hello, I'm Hannah, and the only thing I love even more than making art is helping others to make art.

I'm a qualified art teacher with 20 years' experience teaching adults and children of all ages and abilities. My approach is a tried-and-tested mix of structure (learning the 'rules') and experimentation (breaking them again!)
