Hello, I'm Hannah, and the only thing I love even more than making art is helping others to make art.
I'm a qualified art teacher with 20 years' experience teaching adults and children of all ages and abilities. My approach is a tried-and-tested mix of structure (learning the 'rules') and experimentation (breaking them again!)
All classes and workshops are held in Shoreham-by-sea, West Sussex.

Courses
Your artistic journey begins with your first course.
If you are a complete beginner, I'd recommend starting with 'Learn to draw and paint', but if you have a little prior experience, then one of the 'Improvers' courses will be perfect for you.
So many of my students say 'I can't draw' or even 'don't expect much from me' – it’s amazing to see them go on to create artwork they're proud of.

Drawing workshops
If you can't do a full course, I'm currently offering a series of drop-in drawing workshops for you to pick and choose! Mondays from 1-3pm in the lovely light hall at Shoreham Baptist Church, with a coffee break halfway through.
Workshops @ Ropetackle
If drawing is not your cup of tea but you still want to get crafty and creative, try one of my collage, mixed media & craft workshops! These are held from 2-4pm in the lovely light cafe at Ropetackle Arts Centre, with a coffee break halfway through.
